Ocoee TV, TV21 on Brighthouse: Installation of two Tannoy i8AW's replacing 12 poorly placed ceiling speakers installed by the original contractor (an electrician). The Tannoy i8AW's cross fire from the corners behind the dias into the citizen seating area. This provides both monitors for the Mayor and City Commissioners and excellent reinforcement for the audience. A Mackie 1604vlz was later installed to replace 3 Audio Technica priority mixers which had a very poor sounding mic preamps with no eq. New EV Polar Choice gooseneck 18/xlr mics replaced the old Audio Technica goosenecks on the dias. No more p popping with the EV polar Choice mics.

Photo at left: Inside the TV control booth for OGTV10 shows Mackie 1604vlz, AMX remote panal, and Panasonic CCU. The Mackie was chosen because of budget and console footprint. requirements. Not pictured to the left of the Mackie is the newly refurbished work station area that holds two large pizzas for the technical crew. Though this is a small community TV station the live "On Air" quality is very good for standard definition broadcast.

Recently installed 360 Systems Image Server 2000 (not pictured) transitioned Ocoee TV to an almost tapeless operation.
